Fintex had to address the pain points faced by Advisors using the Tactical Asset Calculator (TAC) application when managing asset location and allocation. Advisors struggled with managing portfolios at scale and tracking which households required immediate attention. The existing system lacked the necessary tools to efficiently monitor household performance, track asset allocations, and identify key areas that needed focus, making it difficult for advisors to act in a timely manner.

Fintex teamed with the financial instution to develop a new product vision and strategy for the TAC application, focusing on creating a more efficient and data-rich experience for advisors. The redesigned platform empowers advisors to manage portfolios at a granular level, monitor household performance, and easily identify areas requiring immediate attention.
