As a business analyst you will work with clients to help define requirements and map processes, collaborate with product managers and stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary, as is the desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, goals, and objectives.
Map out and analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
Develop new products and services that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
Work with product managers and IT teams to ensure technology solutions are aligned with business needs.
Identify and mitigate project risks, such as resource constraints or scope creep, to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, communicate changes to project plans, and manage stakeholder expectations
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and analyze complex data from multiple sources.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and develop practical solutions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented approach, with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and deliverables.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, IT teams, and other business stakeholders.
